LAKESIDE AT MILTON PARK

This is another beautiful sealcoating and striping project completed for a new customer this fall.  The scope is our standard sealcoating spec, 2 coats of GemSeal PolyTar sealer, with sand added.  All cracks ¼ inch and wider were cleaned and sealed using hot pour, rubberized crack sealant before sealcoating.  All lines and pavement markings were re-painted after sealcoating.  Work was performed in sections over a 7 day period so that there was minimal interruptions to the residents and day to day operations.
