Here are some drone shots of a small shopping plaza that we sealcoated this fall for a longtime customer.  Our standard sealcoating spec calls for 2 coats of GemSeal PolyTar sealer, with sand added.  GemSeal PolyTar is the most superior refined tar-based sealer on the market, and is manufactured using a colloid milling system which assures the molecular breakdown of all the ingredients, making a more consistent and durable product.  Also, what makes this sealer more unique is that polymers are added to the raw refined tar, which strengthens the tar and increases tensile strength; plus gives the sealer a darker shade of black.  With conventional sealers, the polymer additives are added when the material is mixed on the job site, which produces a product with less tensile strength, and a lighter color.  Though GemSeal PolyTar is a tad more expensive than conventional sealers, it outperforms these sealers 2 or 3 times.
