SIENNA FOREST SUBDIVISION- DALLAS, GA

This project required us to lay the final layer of asphalt on an existing street of a subdivision that was acquired by one of our larger real estate developers.  Prior to paving we saw-cut, excavated and repaired many failed areas in the existing asphalt binder.  Pavement surfaces were then cleaned, a liquid tack coat applied, and 1.5 inches (compacted thickness) of 9.5 mm type 2 asphalt topping laid.  In these pictures you can see our main fleet of CAT paving equipment, which includes a CAT P45 paver, CAT cb4 breakdown roller, CAT cb7 heavy roller, and a CAT cc4 combo roller.  This is just a portion of our fleet of paving equipment, and we pride ourselves on having the best equipment on the market,  keeping this equipment well maintained, which adds value to the job and insures the customer a quality and long lasting final product.
