Sugarloaf Crest is a major new subdivision located north of Atlanta, developed by one of our long-time repeat customers.   The scope of work includes the following:

  • Install approx. 4.016 SY of interior road paving.
    8" GAB, 2" 19mm binder, 1.5" 9.5mm type 2 topping

  • Install approx. 796 SY of alleyway paving.
    6" GAB, 2" 19mm binder, 1.5" 9.5mm type 2 topping

  • Install approx. 148 SY of DOT paving.
    10" GAB, 4" 25mm base, 2" 19mm binder, 1.5" 9.5mm type 2 topping

  • Mill and overlay approx. 1,249 SY of existing DOT topping.
    1.5" 9.5mm type 2 topping
