This is one of many Publix-anchored shopping centers that we have re-paved over the years.
This center required edge milling and 1 inch (compacted thickness) of Perma-Flex asphalt followed by 1 inch (compacted) of 9.5 mm asphalt topping. The edge milling and clean up was performed at night then the center was paved in 5 sections over 5 days to accommodate customers and tenants. Asphalt was then laid out and striped upon completion.
The total area of this project was approximately 25,000 square yards.
