This project, completed in September of 2020, is located in Alpharetta, GA, just north of Atlanta. The scope of work consisted of approximately 1,460 square yards of saw-cut, excavate, and replace with 3 inches of asphalt topping; approximately 30,000 lineal feet of crack sealing; followed by 74,665 square yards of sealcoating; and then re-striping.
What is impressive about this project is the fact that we completed the sealcoating in just 4 days, spread over 2 weekends. This worked out to be over 18,000 square yards a day, and our crews were finished with both coats around 2:00 p.m. Very few if any of our Atlanta competitors have this type of production capabilities. Our customer was very happy that we were able to complete the job so quickly, and efficiently. Like always the sealer used on the this project was GEMSEAL POLYTAR, the most superior sealant on the market.
