Abernathy Square Phase II

Recently we completed the second phase of a 3 phase milling/Perma Flex paving project in Sandy Springs, Georgia.  Abernathy Square Shopping Center is a Publix anchored shopping center, located on the busiest intersection in the Atlanta Metro Area.  Last year we completed Phase I of this project, and the owners where so delighted with all aspects of our work, from planning, execution, and quality that they didn't even consider any other bidders for Phase II.  The scope of work was the same as Phase I, where we performed a total milling down 3", then repaved with 1 1/2 inches of Perma-Flex, then 1 1/2 inches of 9.5 mm topping. On the attached map, the red section was the Phase II completed this year, the green section will be paved next year as the final Phase III, and the white section was Phase I completed in 2011.
