Barrett Pavilion

Barrett Pavilion is a large Target anchored shopping center owned and managed by long time, repeat customer Developers Diversified.  This project was somewhat challenging since the paving encompassed the main drive in front of all the stores,  some store front parking, as well as an entrance shared by a very busy Chick-Fil-A.  The scope of work called for us to edge mill and Perma-Flex Pave approximately 11,000 square yards of pavement, raise manholes and storm drains, and re-stripe lines and pavement markings in paved areas.

All milling was performed at night, and “trip hazard” signs were placed strategically to warn pedestrians of the change in elevation of the pavement.  Paving was completed in 3 days, with paving AND striping completed by 2:00 pm each day.
