Approximately 2,200 square yards of deteriorated asphalt was milled then paved with one inch ( compacted) of Perma Flex asphalt and one inch (compacted) of asphalt topping. The milling was performed at night and the paving performed the next day. Upon completion of paving, we performed a partial re-stripe of each property consisting of parking lines, hashing, curbing, crosswalks, bollards, ADA logos, STOP bars and stencils, and directional markings.
