Cumming Marketplace and Cumming Town Center

These two large shopping centers in Cumming, Georgia are owned by a long time repeat customer. During the COVID 19 stay at home order, the owner decided to take advantage of the light customer traffic to perform some much needed repairs and partial re-striping. The 2 centers are located within a mile of each other and the scopes of work were almost identical. The close proximity of the centers also made it easier for us to mobilize and make production move more smoothly.

Approximately 2,200 square yards of deteriorated asphalt was milled then paved with one inch ( compacted) of Perma Flex asphalt and one inch (compacted)  of asphalt topping. The milling was performed at night and the paving performed the next day. Upon completion of paving, we performed a partial re-stripe of each property consisting of parking lines, hashing, curbing, crosswalks, bollards, ADA logos, STOP bars and stencils, and directional markings.
