INDEPENDENCE SUBDIVISION
Independence is a very large subdivision under development in Loganville, GA, just outside of Atlanta. The scope of work on this project is 8 inches of crushed rock base GAB, 2 inches compacted of 19 mm asphalt binder, and 1.25 inches compacted of 9.5 mm asphalt topping.
We have already completed over half of the base, and binder course, with remaining scheduled in a few months. All work meets GA DOT specifications under the supervision of Gwinnett County DOT inspectors. Value of work is approximately $ 1.8 million.
