Another pavement rehab project for a long time, national shopping center owner/developer. Scope of work involved the following: saw-cut remove and replace full depth repair (shown in red on the property map), Perma-Flex Pave (shown in blue on the map), 10” full depth pulverize and cement stabilization (shown in yellow on the map), sealcoat using GemSeal PolyTar sealer (shown in green on the map), then re-stripe all lines and pavement markings on the property.
In the gallery is the map we distributed to all tenants and the property manager prior to commencement of work. Tenants were visited one by one by our project manager and all planning discussed a week in advance of work. All work was done in phases and areas barricaded and secured.
